Michel Hellman

Michel has been living in Mile End for quite a while now, which means he was here before you were. Probably.

He doesn’t leave the neighbourhood that often, either. He’ll sometimes go up north, which is where he drew the inspiration for his books Iceberg (2010) and Le petit guide du Plan Nord (2013). He’s currently working on some kind of sequel to Mile End, as well as another project titled Nunavik. He sometimes orders the Wilensky Special. A slice of cheese is optional, but mustard is required.
